MADINA MEHR: IT & CYBERSECURITY ENGINEER
Since diving into the world of cybersecurity, I’ve been passionately honing my skills and expanding my knowledge. After earning my Associate of Science in Cybersecurity from Miracosta College, I embarked on an exciting journey towards my undergraduate degree in IT and Cybersecurity at Point Loma Nazarene University. This path has been a fantastic adventure of continuous learning and growth. My professional journey kicked off with an enriching internship at Beanstalk, where I was thrilled to be brought on full-time.
Every day at Beanstalk is an opportunity to apply my CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, and Security+) and tackle new challenges in this dynamic field. When it comes to cybersecurity, I’m always up-to-date with the latest threats and defense strategies, ready to implement robust solutions for our clients. Being part of Beanstalk has been an incredible experience, and I’m excited to keep contributing to our team’s success.

ADRIAN: REMOTE HELP DESK TECH
Every superhero has a gift, and Adrian’s is fixing tech problems faster than they can break things. When hes not on duty, hes training at the gym or sharpening his reflexes in video games – because even heroes need side quests.

DALTYN: REMOTE HELP DESK TECH
Daltyn is an solution oriented tech and is our IT mandated vegetarian hire (Every IT company has one!). He is a solutions oriented technician, and he will spend 3 hours to reduce a 5 minute process to 3 minutes. In his personal life he enjoys reading and biking.

LLOYD: REMOTE HELP DESK TECH
Lloyd is a certified button-clicking champion who can navigate tech maze without breaking a sweat. MARK: REMOTE HELP DESK TECH

NATHEN: REMOTE HELP DESK TECH
Howdy, I’m Nathen! I spell that with an E rather than an A because it’s more fun to be “then” rather than “than”. I’m a fan of table top role playing games with around 10 years of experience, and paired with my roughly 8 years of IT technical experience, I’ve learned how to be both creative and analytical when addressing problems. It’s surprising how often thinking outside the box fixes problems both on the board and off!

Ryan is a seasoned IT veteran with more than a decade of experience and the patience to prove it. A fierce defender of knowledgebases and a fearless wrangler of misbehaving systems and platforms, he has seen just about everything break at least once. Terra is a professional button pusher and part-time digital detective who lives in the strange world of Microsoft 365, VPNs, and “have you tried turning it off and on again.” Her tech superpower is translating weird computer nonsense into English and fixing things that were “working yesterday.” When she’s not slaying tickets, she’s building games, messing with tiny computers, or cooking up some new tech project that probably didn’t need to exist but does now.

VALERIE: REMOTE HELP DESK TECH
Val is a techno-mancer with an unwavering will to solve mystical tech problems. Additionally with a high charisma stat, she helps citizens understand tech problems and gives tips on controlling the robotic beats.
